Last year in 2015 we waited over 2 hkurs to see Santa at Macys Herold Square. 2016 was the end of that! We did the express line and was right in front of Santa in no time.
Pop-Up art is a staple in NYC. One of the latest social art displays has been the "Subway Therapy" post-it notes. The premise originated when Trump won the election (NYC voted 80% Clinton) to let people share good thoughts.
The following photos were taken at the Union Station subway stop right between the L and 4/5/6 tracks.
The cart you see pictured below has lived with the flath family since 3/15/2011(thanks amazon.com for remembering my purchases). It has been through 3 house moves, countless miles and more than a couple tons of moving weight over its time.
It is also an efficient means to transport small humans.
Raphaelle found this awesome adult and child blow up T-Rex costume on amazon. It was a hit. We even won the LIC group costume contest! Mainly because people saw Olivier running around and pretending to eat them by bowing down to make the teeth appear to CHOMP at his victims. Not to gloat... but I too made a couple small children cry as thought we were real.

I think it also should remind people that more is not always better. Pretty sure your iphone 7 with 3x more megapixels than my D2H and advanced Apple voodoo magic can not capture these kind of pictures.
